(Inside INdiana Business) – Ten Indiana companies included in 2021 Forbes ranking of “America’s Best Employers for Diversity”. The list ranks 500 companies based on employee surveys who identified companies as “most dedicated to diversity, equity and inclusion.”
The publication teamed up with market research firm Statista to survey 50,000 Americans working for companies with 1,000 or more employees. In addition to surveys, the list also takes into account the diversity of a company’s board and management, as well as DCI’s initiatives and any recent allegations or unresolved lawsuits related to workplace diversity. of work.
Community Health Network in Indianapolis is Indiana’s top ranked company on the list at No. 29. Cummins Inc., based in Columbus (NYSE: CMI) and Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE: LLY) in Indy are also listed. in the top 100 at numbers 41 and 99, respectively.
